During your time at university things may not go to plan. UAL has a number of processes designed to put things right.
The complaints process is designed to allow you to raise any concerns you might have and get a quick response from UAL. We can advise you about bringing a complaint as an individual or a group. Read more about the process here.
Bullying, harassment, and sexual violence
Bullying, harassment, and sexual violence are taken seriously. If you decide to share or report, you will be listened to and supported. We can discuss your options with you in a confidential and non-judgmental way, and we will empower you so that the decision of what to do next will be yours. You can read more about the process here.
The student disciplinary process is used when UAL feel that a student has fallen short of the standard of behavior they would expect from their students. We can support you if you are asked to a meeting to discuss your behavior, explaining the process and potential outcomes. You can read more about the process here.
