Hi, I’m Helen and I’m the Advice Service Manager. My role is to oversee the team, ensure our service runs effectively and continually develops in response to students’ needs. I work closely with our Policy, Representation and Sabbatical Officer team to deliver our priorities and actively engage with the university on important issues. I have over 4 years’ experience advising students within Students’ Unions and feel really motivated when I help students resolve their difficult situations. Outside of work, I love to make jewellery and watch reality TV.

Hello! My name is Chloe. I am a Student Adviser here at Arts Students' Union, which means I am responsible for helping students with a range of issues from academia to housing. I spent 2 years as the Education Officer at my previous union, which solidified my passion for ensuring students feel healthy, happy and supported through their studies by their SU. Outside of work, I'm a massive foodie and thrill seeker with a particular love for games and puzzles.

Hello, I’m Kirsty and I am the Advice Engagement Assistant. My role is to support the advice team and to promote the work that we do as part of the Students' Union. I am currently studying at London College of Fashion doing a masters in fashion journalism and I am also part of the course rep team. I have previous experience volunteering for student charities and organisations, as well as supporting my fellow students. Whenever I am not taking part in all that UAL has to offer, I enjoy getting out of the city, going for drinks and binge watching some Netflix.
