The main type of yoga we offer is Vinyāsa, a flowing type of yoga where you move from pose to pose. We also offer Hatha which is aimed at beginners, but whatever yoga session you decide to take part in all of our teachers are friendly and will help you out.
We deliver yoga at most UAL sites from Monday to Thursday, between the times of 4-7 p.m. Follow ‘UAL Arts Active’ on Facebook to find your nearest session.
You will have to sign up for the Active Pass which costs £40 for a whole year (£1.50 per week). We guarantee that you will not find a yoga session cheaper anywhere in London.
