Types of yoga

Yoga at UAL

The main type of Yoga we offer is Vinyesa which is a flow type of yoga where you would move from pose to pose. However, we do offer Hatha which is aimed for beginners, but whatever Yoga session you decide to do all of our teachers are friendly and will help you out


We deliver Yoga at Most UAL sites from Monday to Thursday mainly in between the times of 4-7. Follow ‘UAL Arts Active’ on Facebook to find the nearest session near you.

How to get involved

If you want to get involved with Yoga sessions you will have to sign up for the active pass which costs £40 for a whole year (£1.50 per week). We guarantee that you will not find any yoga session any cheaper.
