Move through a sequence of Vinyasa inspired flows and movements, paired with a time of meditation and relaxation in this Monday yoga class. Explore new poses every week, at times slower and at times more challenging, in a welcoming and supportive environment. All our classes are beginner-friendly, with optional variations for more advanced students.
Online via Zoom. Log in details will be emailed on the day of the event to all participants who have registered.
