Creative Power Hour
Creativity and cultural engagement can transform our health and wellbeing. Join us every Tuesday for this weekly Creative Power Hour, where we offer a safe, judgment-free and supportive environment to play, experiment and create.
What can I expect from this class?
Every week has a different theme, and for each theme you will be guided through a series of prompts, exercises and engaging games to help you develop your practice, play with new ideas and experiment with new techniques. Participants are free to respond to these exercises using any form, medium, or creative practice: you could draw, paint, sew, knit, write... you pick what works best for you. The classes leave you brimming with new ideas and a toolkit of exercises to help you cultivate or continue a mindful creative practice. These workshops have been created for groups of all abilities and ages.
Whether you just want to get inspired, experiment with new forms and techniques, or simply meet fellow creatives and have fun, this class is for you.
Online via Zoom. Log in details will be emailed on the day of the event to all participants who have registered.
