Overview
We want you to be as prepared to stand in this election as you can be, therefore attending a Candidate Training Session is mandatory for all candidates running in Arts SU's Leadership Election 2021.
These short, interactive sessions are designed to run you through the elections process and explain what support is available to candidates. We will discuss what constitutes fair campaigning, give you a chance to network with the other candidates and help you to think about how best to build a campaign and effectively win the votes of your peers.
Candidates must attend one of the three below sessions, which will be held online via zoom.
- Thursday 25th February, 5pm-7pm.
- Monday 1st March, 4pm-6pm.
- Wednesday 3rd March, 1pm-3pm.
Please make sure that you have have completed the Candidate Agreement Form in our Candidate Handbook (found at arts-su.com/elections) and emailed this to democracy@su.arts.ac.uk to let us know which session you will be attending.
