Our first of four Give it a Go sessions, this is a free taster for any first time polers interested in our society! Led by Natalie, Goldsmiths Pole Alumni, this will be a fun and lighthearted introduction into the world of pole.
Ensure you have a ticket before turning up!
What to wear/bring:
- Sports clothes that allow for skin contact with the pole (nothing long sleeve or with long trousers - shorts heavily preferred)
- Comfortable shoes for a warm up/socks
- Plenty water, as pole can be tiring!
