Description

合気道 (Ai - Ki - Do)

Aikido is a Japanese martial art that focuses on harmonious redirecting of opposing forces, instead of combating them. It is a great form of body conditioning while learning self-defence techniques. The course also covers weapons training with the Jo (wooden staff), Bokken (wooden sword) and Tanto (wooden knife). Our club’s members have varying levels of experience and we welcome anyone to join, regardless of skill level.
