SU Gallery presents Chinese artist Yuanyuan Hu's solo exhibition "Feast without Fish", showing the artist's media artworks created around ecology, civilisation and technology since her arrival in London. The dinner ritual of food performance links ecology, politics, and regional food cultures, in order to reflect on the destruction of marine ecology caused by nuclear anthropocene technology, the geopolitical destabilisation of local cultures, as well as the future symbiosis of the Anthropocene and Cthulhu under the ecological theories of Gaia.

This solo exhibition is the 2.0 project of Yuanyuan Hu's experimental art project "Feast without Fish". Based on the food performance of the 1.0 project, the exhibition will be divided into three chapters that link space and narrative: Elemental memory, Broken artifacts, and Post-natural landscape.

The artist presents the exhibition with dynamic media such as interactive installations, performance, video, artificial intelligence, and sustainable biomaterials, opening up a feast of diverse presentations of media forms and performances.
