Welcome to the Comms page! Our Comms team works to improve the student experience by making relevant information available to students. That’s why we run the website, social media, and produce printed and digital materials.

Artwork Requests

For logo and font requests please email Marina Marbella via m.marbella@su.arts.ac.uk.

For physical and digital artwork requests please complete the Artwork Request Form.

Notice Period:

  • 5 weeks / 25 working days notice for new artwork requests / campaigns / print material (e.g. zines, guides, multiple pieces) - this includes delivery time
  • 3 weeks / 15 working days notice for artwork already available with small amends (e.g. copy / small design alterations) - this includes delivery time
  • 2 weeks / 10 working days notice for new digital artwork – can be 1 week if artwork is already available and requires small amends

NOTE: During Elections / Freshers these deadline times will double. We will keep you informed of this information at regular intervals.

Social Media & Newsletter Requests

If you want to post something on social media, (Twitter, Instagram) and/or the newsletter please complete the Social Media Request Form

You can contact Orion Hall-Turner via o.hallturner@su.arts.ac.uk with any queries / updates to existing social media promotions, and to inform them your request has been sent.

General Notice Period:

  • 2 weeks / 10 working days notice before the event/opportunity occurs

Please note clubs and societies should follow the process on the Committee Hub page to promoting events or groups. Please do not submit a request using these pages if you are a student.
