Art Therapy Society aims to foster a supportive and creative community where every member can freely express, share, and grow. Through art therapy activities and workshops, we help individuals explore themselves, reduce stress, and boost mental well-being.

We're more than just a group; we're a welcoming home. Our values of support, inclusivity, and creativity guide us. We believe in supporting each other to thrive and encourage artistic expression.

We'll host art therapy workshops, activities, emotion management seminars, and art exhibitions. Our regular social events will facilitate interaction and networking.

Planned Events/Activities

We organize diverse art therapy activities every month to help members find inner peace and release emotions. Online, we host seminars and discussions, providing a platform for sharing and inspiring each other. Offline, we arrange exciting events like art painting therapy and poetry workshops. Join us on this journey of art and healing!
