Arts Wellbeing

Welcome to your wellbeing hub! Here you'll find activities, guidance, and all things wellbeing as and when you need it.

What is Arts Wellbeing?

Arts Wellbeing (previously Arts Active) gives you access to a programme of social and recreational activities designed to help you meet other students, try new things, and look after your wellbeing. Our weekly programme includes a variety of activities covering social, mental, physical, and financial wellbeing.

You are welcome to try something different each week or become a regular attendee at your favourite session. All activities are open to all UAL students – regardless of experience or ability.

Bookmark this page and follow us on Instagram for all the latest updates and information about the programme.

FAQ

Cost

Activities will usually be FREE! Each year we bid for funding from the university to make activities like these free to all students, so make sure you take advantage of this. Where there is a cost this is often to ensure we can balance offering some special events, ensuring our facilitators have a good number at their events, and allowing for more people to join in. Where cost may be a barrier for you please reach out to us and we will see what we can do for you.

When does Arts Wellbeing take place?
