I am running for the Union Affairs Officer because I believe that students should have a central voice in the decision making process at UAL concerning topics of wellbeing, employability and academic support. I will work towards a system in which students' priorities are at heart of the decisions. I believe that the steps taken in response to student feedback should be fully transparent and readily available.
My priorities are to:
- create more wellbeing spaces on-site for students to relax, meet and socialise
- increase the student engagement with academic support and employability services
- provide students with more international opportunities in the careers & employability sector
My plethora of different interests make me a great addition to the team as I am able to bring fresh perspectives and represent the students.
