Overview
Arts Students' Union is an independant democratic organisation led by our 19,000 student members. We exist to represent your interests, and ensure that our students have the tools and voice to shape their own experience at UAL. Each year, you elect Sabbatical Officers to represent your interests at senior level within UAL, lead Arts SU operationally as trustees and determine the priorities and direction of the organisation.
The Sabbatical Officer roles are full-time, paid positions which last for one academic year. They can either be taken as a sabbatical year between your years of study, or as your first role after graduating. You don't need any previous experience to apply, just a passion to build a better brighter UAL and to lead on the direction and priorities of your Students' Union and University. This is your chance to make the change you want to see.
