Led by UAL Lead Chaplain, this confidential and safe space invites you to explore the theme of having and maintaining inner peace and emotional wellness through meditation, discussion, and sharing experiences.

Here's What to Expect:
- Sign up once, and kindly cancel your spot if you can't attend.
- All voices and experiences are welcomed, no judgment here!
- Our aim is to create a safe and accepting environment. All emotions, positive or negative, are embraced.
- Arrive on time and stay for the full 1-hour session when possible.
- There are short breaks during the session.

The Chaplains provide confidential pastoral support to both staff and students.

Any information relating to that support is kept securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Information will not normally be disclosed to any person or any body outside the Chaplaincy and their line managers, unless:

The student/staff member gives consent to do so.

We are required to do so by law

It is considered that there is a serious risk of harm to the student/staff member or a third party if information is not disclosed

Chaplains will normally make every effort to discuss with the student/staff member the perceived need to disclose and inform them of a proposed disclosure in advance wherever possible.
