Join us for a mid-week recharge with Sophie, every Wednesday 5.30pm. This 45 minute session will give you space to reflect on the week, take time to breathe, and bring some calm and focus in your routine. Sophie will guide you through a series of breathing, mindfulness and meditative excercises to find your balance back. Beginner friendly and open to all UAL students.
