LCC Student Network Meeting

Overview

Welcome to the LCC Student Network Meeting, new for the 2026/27 academic year!

The LCC Student Network is a space for LCC students to come together, meet new people, share experiences and talk about the things that matter to them. It's an opportunity to connect with other students across LCC, exchange ideas, and explore how we can make our student community even better.

What to expect

These meetings are shaped by you! Whether you want to share an idea, discuss something happening at LCC, find people who care about the same things as you, or simply come along and listen, everyone is welcome. There's no pressure to have everything figured out, just bring yourself and an interest in the LCC community!

How it works

Led by your elected LCC Officer Aya, we'll start with some time to settle in, meet other students, and contribute to discussion boards, all while enjoying some free food and drink!
Once everyone's settled, Aya will help guide discussions based on the ideas and topics raised on the discussion boards and by students in the room. We'll also chat about important things coming up at LCC and explore what we'd like to take forward together.

Who can attend?

These meetings are free and open to all LCC students. You can also find meetings for CSM, LCF, and CCW & CCI on the events page of the Arts SU website. If you're planning to attend, we'd appreciate it if you registered your interest using the 'Register Interest' ticket on this page. However, registration isn't required to participate, you're welcome to come along either way!
If you have any questions or need to get in touch, please reach out to either the Democracy team at democracy@su.arts.ac.uk or your Aya, your LCC Officer at lccofficer@su.arts.ac.uk
