Ready for our first design jam? Join UX Co-Lab x NPG for an exclusive peek behind the scenes of London's very own National Portrait Gallery! In this fast-paced session, we'll dive headfirst into the journey of enhancing NPG's membership purchasing experience while sharpening our UX skills.

What to expect:

• Introductions: Meet the NPG crew and the Co-Lab team, get the agenda, and understand our design jam goals.
• Membership Mission: Together, we'll go through the real-time process of signing up for an NPG Membership. We'll dissect the experience and share our findings as a group.
• Competitve Analysis: Time to put on your research hats! You'll choose another major London museum and investigate their membership perks and compare it to the NPG experience
• General Admission Deep Dive): Next up, we'll experience purchasing a general admission ticket firsthand and design the user journey together.
• Brainstorming: We'll come back together to share our key discoveries, our pain points, and our wishlist for improvements. The session will wrap up with a fruitful brainstorming session.
