Tackling Creative Burnout
Work with student to let creative burnout by improving awareness, access to wellbeing, so that students can sustain their motivation, confidence and creative practice. (Pet Friendly Day , Maypole)
Improving Basic Campus Conditions
Ensure that students’ basic needs in the campus environments, (reliable cold and hot water station, appropriate studio temperatures)

Broader access to specialist spaces
Exploring the feasibility of widening access to UAL resources, facilities, and learning opportunities across courses, for example, broadening photography studio access at non-peak times.
Students' Quality of Life
Support students to engage with UAL outside of study by increasing their confidence to apply to opportunities, utilise campus third-spaces to relax and network, and to feel supported by the Union.
Reducing Hidden Course Costs
Reducing essential course costs and securing access to free adobe software so that students can focus on their creative development rather than the cost of participation.

Improve Careers & Employability
Expand access to careers and employability opportunities by delivering more industry talks, portfolio reviews, networking events, CV workshops, and employer partnerships. Increase the availability of CAD, Adobe, and creative software workshops so students can develop practical, industry-ready skills regardless of their course or experience level.
Accessible Creative Learning
Champion accessible learning by increasing free workshops and training in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit, Blender, and other digital tools. Work to remove barriers so every student has the opportunity to build technical skills that improve confidence, creativity, and graduate outcomes.
Equity, Representation & Student Opportunity
Amplify the voices of marginalised and underrepresented students by creating more opportunities to exhibit their work, showcase their talent, and access leadership, funding, and creative opportunities. Ensure students from all backgrounds feel represented, supported, and able to thrive within UAL through inclusive events, exhibitions, and collaborative projects.
