Arts SU have been awarded the Investors in People's 'We Invest in People' accreditation.
Investors in People is delighted to award Arts Students’ Union, ‘We invest in people’ Accreditation. The Investors in People scheme recognises and supports organisations to become stronger and more effective as places of work. The assessment measured us across 9 key themes, organised around three principles – leading, supporting and improving. Arts SU excelled in its performance management, values-based culture, innovation management and collaborative approach.
