Returns or exchanges will be honoured if the product is returned in the same condition and within 30 days of purchase. The product but must be returned to the Students' Union Reception at High Holborn or posted at the customer's own cost. 

Collections available from Students' Union Reception. 272 High Holborn WC1V 7EY London. 1st Floor. Monday to Friday 10-1pm & 2-4pm. If you've ordered a collection, it must be collected within 30 days of purchase.
