1. The Promoter
This prize draw is promoted by the University of the Arts London Students' Union, also known as Arts Students’ Union (the SU, we, us, our), a registered charity headquartered at 272 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7EY.
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to all currently enrolled students of the University of the Arts London (UAL). The draw is NOT open to:
• SU staff, elected officers, or trustees.
• Employees of UAL or their immediate family members.
• Anyone directly involved in administering the prize draw.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
3. How to Enter
To be entered into the prize draw, you must complete the SU Survey in full. At the end of the survey, you will be asked to provide your UAL email address if you wish to be entered. All students who complete the survey and provide a valid UAL email address will be automatically entered into the draw. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
4. Closing Date
The prize draw closes on 12th June 2026 at 11.59pm GMT. Entries received after this date and time will not be accepted. The SU accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure, network issues, or any other reason beyond its control.
5. The Prizes
There are 51 prizes available in total:
• 1 × £500 Love2shop Digital voucher (top prize)
• 50 × £50 Love2shop Digital vouchers
Vouchers will be issued via Love2shop Digital (www.love2shopdigital.co.uk) and can be spent at a wide range of high street and online retailers, subject to Love2shop's own terms and conditions. The following conditions apply to all prizes:
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
• The SU reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason outside its control.
• Love2shop Digital vouchers are subject to Love2shop's own terms, conditions, and expiry dates. The SU accepts no liability once vouchers have been issued to winners.
6. The Draw
Winners will be selected by a random draw conducted by a computer process or supervised by an independent person, shortly after the closing date. The SU's decision on all matters relating to the prize draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email to the UAL email address provided at entry within 14 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and the SU reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The SU accepts no responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or incorrect.
8. Survey Responses and Anonymity
There is no link between how participants respond in the survey and their chances of winning a prize. Survey responses are collected anonymously and separately from prize draw entry details. Completing the survey honestly in no way affects your eligibility or likelihood of winning.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data collected for the purpose of this prize draw will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the SU's Privacy Policy. Specifically:
• Your email address will be used solely to administer the prize draw and notify winners. It will not be used for any other marketing purpose without your separate consent.
• Winners' details (first name and college/course) may be shared with Love2shop Digital solely for the purpose of issuing vouchers.
• Personal data will not be disclosed to any other third party unless required or permitted by law. 10. Publicity
By entering the prize draw, you agree that the SU may publish or announce winners' first names and college/course on its website, social media channels, or other communications, for the purpose of demonstrating that a valid award took place. If you object to this use of your information, please notify us at info@su.arts.ac.uk within 7 days of being notified that you have won.
11. Right to Disqualify
The SU reserves the right to exclude any entry from the prize draw at any time and at its absolute discretion if it believes a participant has:
• Breached these terms and conditions.
• Provided false or misleading information.
• Acted in a manner the SU considers fraudulent, dishonest, or contrary to the spirit of the draw.
2. Force Majeure
The SU reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the prize draw, without notice, in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, civil unrest, pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or regulation. Any changes will be communicated to entrants as soon as reasonably practicable.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the SU accepts no responsibility or liability for:
• Any loss or damage arising from participation in the prize draw.
• Entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical issues.
• Any issues arising from the use of Love2shop Digital vouchers after they have been issued. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits the SU's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. General
By entering the prize draw, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
