Student feedback is only powerful if it goes somewhere. This session helps you turn what you’re hearing into clear points, stronger conversations with staff, and realistic next steps.

- Simple tools to turn feedback into 2 to 3 clear action points
- More confidence raising issues with staff
- A chance to work through real scenarios using an EDI lens
- Peer discussion with Course Reps across UAL
- Space to bring your own questions and challenges
