Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) awareness

Overview

This is the next session in the decolonial series and will be led by Sharna Piercy (Equality Diversity and Inclusion Manager Students). This will be an open, collaborative space to explore the practical application of EDI into your role. 

This is a chance to:

• Unwrap the meaning of EDI

• Understand the legal definition of EDI 

• Explore the impact of inclusive approaches

• Learn about different feedback models 

• Network with your peers to create your own inclusive framework for collecting feedback.
