Overview
Join us for a flavourful event where we will discover the art of cooking Iranian cuisine. In this session we will be taught the recipe behind 'Kuku Sibzamini', a delicious Iranian dish.
Kuku Sibzamini is a comforting Persian potato patty made from mashed or grated potatoes mixed with eggs, onions, and a touch of turmeric, then pan-fried until golden and crispy. Simple yet satisfying, it’s often enjoyed as a light meal, picnic food, or sandwich filling. Beloved across Iran, Kuku Sibzamini is the Persian answer to the potato fritter — crispy on the outside, soft inside, and full of home-cooked flavour.
