About Pole Dance
Pole dance fitness is an amazing and addictive sport which helps build whole body strength, fitness and flexibility, and more importantly, boost your self confidence and self esteem! Anyone of any age, fitness, body type and gender can start. All classes are beginner friendly, with advanced add-ons for more experienced students or returners.
This year we are hosting classes at Kelechnekoff studio! Alongside weekly pole classes, yearly pole competiton at Varsity and floorwork classes with incredible instructors! Along with more collaborations with other societies/clubs, guest teachers from the Pole Dancing community and unforgettable socials, we hope 2025-26 will be the best year yet!

Our in-person classes take place at Kelechnekoff Studio and taught by professional instructors
EVERY TUESDAY EVENING 6-7pm 7:15-8:15pm

Pole dance tricks begginers-upper beginners 6-7pm
Pole dance choreo (all levels!) 7:15-8:15pm
Discounted classes (we will be releasing later how to book for these classes as it's a diffrent booking system)
Monday pole dance beginners 5pm
Sunday pole dance intermediates 11pm
