Overview
In this workshop, students will be introduced to BECTU art technicians, a number of methods and materials that art technicians use and the working relationship between artist and technicians. Students will learn practical knowledge of tools and their functions; conservation needs when handling different mediums; concise communication skills that are used in the industry and finally how to condition check an artwork.
This event will be delivered in two parts, the first being a lecture and the latter a hands-on workshop. Please ensure you book both events, there are limited space for the workshop.
