We’re proud to share that our Arts SU Advice Service has officially achieved Advice Quality Standard (AQS) accreditation for casework - students and housing.
This accreditation, awarded this month, recognises the quality, consistency, and professionalism of the advice and support we offer to students. While the accreditation is new, the work behind it has been ongoing for over a year, during which we reviewed, refined, and strengthened how we support students at every stage of their case.
What does this mean for students?
- You can be confident that our advice is independent, accurate, and high quality
- Our service meets a nationally recognised standard for student advice
- We’re committed to clear processes, fair outcomes, and student-centred support
This accreditation isn’t the end point, it’s a foundation. We’ll continue using the AQS framework to develop our service, train our staff, and improve the support we provide, making sure students receive the best possible advice when they need it most.
