Meowww! I’m Tienne! A 2nd year Fashion Contour student running for LCF School Representative. I’ve won 2 design competitions in my first year and have participated in many UAL events such as the Hackathon and was even invited to be a speaker at the Livery Charity Lunch. This shows that I make use of any opportunity I can get and would like to take this opportunity to represent YOU. 

Fun fact: Tienne translates to “Yours” in French, so I’m literally YOURS. 

Being an international student and a Malaysian Chinese, I understand how difficult things can be being away from home. Therefore, I would like to satisfy YOUR study experiences by putting feedback into action, making sure your tuition fee is justified for it to be the least of your worries. I will do my best to ensure EVERY voice is heard by offering language solutions to accommodate UAL’s diverse students. Whether you are a Home or International student, the cost of living crisis affects us all and I would like to offer alternative ways to minimise the need to spend. To top it off, I recognize that students may struggle with personal issues which cost their mental health. Although UAL does provide support in such matters, I understand that it is still not easy to reach out. If that is you, know that you’re doing an absolutely amazing job holding up so far! *Gives virtual hug… or a fist bump* if you’re more comfortable with that.
