Hello! my name is Zainab Goriawala and I am a 2-year BA Graphic communication design student at CSM.

I have taken great interest in voicing students' concerns and improving the student experience at UAL since coming to CSM. As I have been the 

• A course rep in stage 1 
• Current School rep & CSM Changemaker 
• Since stage 1 have been a part of my course anti-racism working group 
• Help create the Mature Student Society (I am currently the treasurer)

Aspects of the student experience that I am currently working on-

• Improve student satisfaction with their course 

I ensure that I collect anonymous feedback from students and communicate it as accurately as possible to the staff

• Help reduce the gap between students and the resources available at CSM

There is so much going on in college that it is easy to lose track of what help is available and where could it be found.

• Inclusive and safe environment for students 

All students should feel welcomed at UAL's dynamic creative community!

If re-elected I will additionally focus on-

• Improving the discussion around employability

Lobby for an increment in the practical advice and talks given to students that concern employability (being an international student myself I do understand the challenges around this)
