Hi friends,

I am a first year MA Student studying Data Visualization and I am running because I believe university should work for you/all. Your time at university should be memorable and it should be so for every student irrespective of where they are from or what they identify as.

I have solid leadership experience and my lived experience as an international student with caring responsibilities means that I can relate to the needs of all students including liberation groups.

My four priorities are:

· Accelerating the university’s anti-racism strategy. Ensuring that liberation groups truly have a sense of belonging by creating an environment that supports their study. This includes financial aid, improved accommodation services etc.

· Further addressing the cost-of-living crisis and cost of study. I’ll be looking into how we make university services more affordable.

· Prioritizing employment and career services. I’ll work on better signposting and improving access and opportunities.

· Well-being and mental is critical for students to succeed. My work will involve looking into how we ensure that not student is left behind or is suffering is silence.

I’m hoping that with your support, we can create a university that works for US. And for ALL.
