I feel like the issue we keep running into is talking too much about abstract ideas - so many empty words.
I am a firm believer in getting to the point, saying what you mean, being brief, honest and solution oriented.
Let's identify the problem and work effectively and wisely to solve it.

When I look around a room where decisions are being made I want to know we aren't missing anyone.
I want to know we are not speaking on behalf of people who's concerns we don't understand, but be confident that everyone has a seat at the table.
I want to dismantle the idea that those making meaningful decisions about our experience are these untouchable people with power who we never see.

Less fuss, more direct communication, more transparency!
