Gaby Sahhar (they/them)Gaby Sahhar (they/them) is a French-Palestinian artist based between London and Paris. Engaging in painting, installation, and film, Sahhar's work aims to deconstruct gender representations in public spheres, exploring their wider impact on queer consciousness and communities. Leveraging language and vulnerability as tools, the artwork sparks dialogues on affordability, residence, and interconnectedness within city cultures. Through speculative storytelling, Sahhar illustrates how psychological and physical frameworks fragment Palestinian geopolitical borders and identity. Gaby Sahhar is also the founder of Queerdirect, an LGBTQIA+ artist network.

Ramel Usherwood (he/they) is an Afro-centric creative. Born and raised in London with a Caribbean heritage. Ramel is a multi-disciplinary artist who specialises in Fashion design, personal styling, modelling and spiritual work. Ramel uses his creativity to explore depth within his sexuality, gender, society and culture. He uses his art as a means to dissect and break down labels and to explore questions and answers within his self to then share with others.

The Concept that Ramel conveys in his art is - Balance. Balance in all forms. Embracing the masculine and feminine energy. Embracing the polarities of life, the highs and lows and accepting both the light and dark energies and showcasing that within his work. In his designs he plays with the gender constructs and roles. He creates the space to unravel the myths and narratives of “Black Masculinity” and what it means to him to be a Queer Afro-centric being.
