Yoga: Mental Health Awareness Week

Yoga, Meditation, and Creativity for Wellbeing

Location High Holborn Activities Studio (Ground Floor, WC1V 7EY)

Overview

Annie will guide you through a wellbeing session focused on your mental and physical wellbeing. 

She will begin with a short intro discussing the benefits of movement, meditation and creativity for our mental wellbeing and overall health. She will then guide you through a mindful movement practice followed by a Yoga Nidra meditation. The session will then end with a time for journaling and drawing, a time to free flow and process anything explored through the practices.

Nearest Station - High Holborn Tube Station (3 minute walk)

 

Optional extras to bring with you:

For the Yoga and meditation you may feel more comfortable with a blanket, a pillow, jumper, socks

For journaling/drawing feel free to bring your favourite pens (materials will also be provided)

 

Reminder:

Please wear something comfortable, something you can move in and something that you will be warm in as we will be laying down for a period of time for the meditation.
