WHO?
This is a practical workshop hosted by the Visual Society, a Design society at UAL. 

WHAT?
In this session we will be teaching you how to do some traditional binding techniques, so you can bind your own sketchbooks, zines, etc at home.
We will focus on Saddle Stitch, Drum Leaf Binding and Japanese Stab binding. 

HOW?
We will be providing paper, needles, and string, but please bring any paper materials you want to bind especially. 

WHY?
This session is ideal for anyone who wants to learn a new and useful skill, used across a range of creative subjects. 

WHERE?
The event will take place in the Camberwell studios, room A303. Detailed instructions on how to find us will be emailed out to those who have a ticket.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
Please purchase a ticket if you are not a member. Please note you have to make a SU account to be able to sign up. If you are a member please purchase a free ticket so we know how many people are attending!

Tickets as £2 for non members to cover material costs. Members of the Vis Soc can attend for free!
