As a Students’ Union, to ensure that we are effectively representing and supporting you, we need to make sure we are always talking to you. Last term, for the first time, we ran The Big Question.

Over 1600 students responded, letting us know their thoughts on their hopes and aspirations while at University as well as their views on current university and student life, events, entertainment, careers and employability, community and identity and the SU.

We will be running additional focus groups to get a good understanding of the research data and then will use this survey and the focus groups to create a new four-year strategic direction to ensure that we are delivering for you.

We expect our new strategic direction to be finalised this summer but we will update you at each stage of the progress and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@su.arts.ac.uk.

As part of the survey process, we held a prize draw and we can confirm that the following students, who were chosen at random, have won a prize. Winners will be contacted over the next few days to arrange collection of their prize. Congratulations!
