Yoga

Develop your strength, flexibility, and balance, and destress with breathing and mindfulness.

The main type of yoga we offer is Vinyãsa - a flowing type of yoga where you move from pose to pose. We also offer Hatha, which is aimed at beginners. Whichever yoga session you decide to take part in, all of our teachers are friendly and will help you out.
