Join Jane for a series of sessions focused on developing wellbeing techniques. 

Jane will deliver three 8 week programmes for the year, focusing on three distinct areas that are relevant to you as a student and can help you throughout your life.

This term, Jane has developed a course for you centred around the Emotional Freedom Technique, and will cover a series of themes throughout your time together. These sessions will not only provide a space for calm and reflection but also give you skills to use whenever you should need to. Read more below.

Creating Calmness in the Chaos, an 8-week course exploring how to use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) in all 7 key areas of your life. I like to say EFT is a combination of self-hypnosis (you verbalise your thoughts) plus Accupressure (you tap on the pressure points of the body; the process changes the neurolinguistic programming of the brain. Meaning you get to change your thought patterns for good! EFT can be used to remove/transform fears, phobias, anxiety, and stress but also to input positive programming like self love, self worth and positive thinking.

These online group sessions are a safe place to learn a new skill and share life experiences, when we are doing the practical portion of the call all students will be muted, this ensures that you are able to clear your deepest thoughts and feelings without others listening in and I will be there guiding you through the process. There will be time at the end of the session to unpack all that you have learnt and let go of!
