Hey UAL students!

Your Advice Team at Arts SU will be hosting FREE workshops this April, all about renting in the private sector! Finding accommodation can be tricky, but we are here to help. Whether you are currently living in a UAL hall or private accommodations, all are welcome to join!

These sessions will focus on understanding tenancy rights as a student in the private rented sector. You'll learn what to look for when conducting a property viewing, what questions to ask and how to spot bad practice and dodgy landlords. We'll provide resources for you to access housing advice, as well as useful tips and tricks for finding trusted accommodations in London.

1. 10^th April at Sketch House (Finsbury Park) 2 – 3:30 PM
2. 17^th April at Archwood House (Peckham) 2 – 3:30 PM
