How do I earn points?

Earn points for activities such as rep training (20 points), attending a Course Committee (10), collecting feedback from your course (5), attending an Education Quality check-in (5), or leading a rep social (20).

Some activities are recorded through attendance or staff confirmation. For others, you submit a short self-log or evidence of your contribution. The Education Quality team reviews your activity and keeps track of your points across the academic year.

Each new tier is awarded when you first reach it, so you can earn Bronze, then Silver and then Gold during the year.

Rep of the Month

Every month, reps can be recognised for meaningful contributions, including impact, leadership, new ideas, supporting other students and consistent involvement.

Students, other reps, Course Leaders, Officers and the Education Quality team can nominate a rep. Recognition takes account of verified activity and nominations, not points alone.

The selected rep receives a personal thank-you, a £15 One4all digital gift card and, with their consent, a feature celebrating their contribution.
