Hi, I’m Jianing Lu, your 2025/2026 LCF Officer at Arts Students’ Union!
I’m currently finishing my MSc in Applied Psychology in Fashion at London College of Fashion, after having studied Fashion Sportswear Design during my BA. Over the past six years, I’ve been deeply involved in student life at UAL — from serving as course rep for three years, to collaborating on student-led research and cultural projects.
I stood in the SU election because I care about creating a more supportive and sustainable environment for all LCF students — academically, creatively, and professionally. My key priorities this year are: improving academic consistency, expanding sustainability practices (especially around fabric reuse), and building stronger graduate career pathways for international students.
